5/5 We were in Perry, GA for the annual 4-H horse show. House was clean, had a convenient location and a plus was the pool. Host was very reachable and provided many amenties not mention. A real find. I would definitely rent this property again.

Truly a lovely place!
4/5 I wanted SO BAD to give this place 5 stars because it really is a gem! It’s so clean that you can’t find a single bit of dust. The beds are so comfortable, killer wifi, the pool is an absolute dream, our dogs were able to run around by the pool with us with zero worries, and the FULL kitchen is no joke— there is everything you would need to bake an exceptional cake with top of the line new range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.
The reason for my 4 stars (keep in mind I really loved this place and this might only be an issue for people like my wife and I)
1. The security camera in the backyard points straight to the pool. While I understand security pov, as two women lounging in our bathing suits we have no idea who is watching us or what is being done with the footage. So there was that awkward feel in a way.
2. This was the killer for me. While we are out at the pool, guys start to cut grass around the private fence of the pool area. It’s a bit annoying but I get it— BUT THEN they come INTO the fenced in ‘private’ pool area and begin to cut the grass there. Thank god my dogs weren’t outside at the time or they would have run off for sure. It was so awkward and no one wants grass flying at them while they sunbathe so we went inside. After they left, I had to clean the pool again and clean up the dog toys they ran over. I’m hoping it was just a miscommunication in days but nobody wants to deal with that on vacation.
Like I said, truly loved this place otherwise.
