  Home away from home is usually the home house. It is bright clean and loaded with amenities for a couple or group stay. Centrally located near grocery, gas and expressway. Easy communication with the host. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well kept. No major issues to report. 😀

• Cozy, Comfy and Clean

  This is a wonderful home! The yard it huge and it makes the property seem very private.It is impeccable clean. The beds and linens are all super cozy and comfy, we slept like babies.It is beautifully decorated.They have an electric water heater which meant we could all shower without concern for running out of hot water. It was one of the best stays we've had!

• Beautiful Home but the Ants were not welcome.

  We were very impressed with the modernness and layout of the home. But unfortunately the ants made the stay uncomfortable. The ant situation began in the first bedroom the initial night of the stay. We spoke to the contact Angelina, who down played the situation and offered to have someone come out the following day to put an ant trap in the yard but the issue was inside the home. Nonchalantly, she stated ants are common in rural areas but she never had them inside the home. She mentioned if we purchased ant spray she would reimburse us for the spray. ($7.50) We purchased two cans of spray but we decided to not bother her further because she didn’t seem concerned about our welfare in the first conversation. By the end of trip, the ants had gravitated to the guest bathroom and the second bedroom in which my son had ants in the bed on the last night and decided to sleep on the couch.

  I would like to also mention, I sent photos and videos of the ants to her as well. In short, we had a valid compliant that needed attention. I am writing this review only because after staying 2 nights and 3 days we have yet to receive a follow up call or email with concern of the our complaint.

  In the end, as a fellow business owner I understand that unexpected things can happen but how we take responsibility and rectify the unfortunate situations will turn a negative experience into positive outcome.
