Cozy and cute cottage
5/5 We fell in love with this charming cottage. The appliances are all modern and the decor is chic. The neighborhood is very quiet after business hours. The bed was super comfortable. Ginny replied very promptly to text messages. We had a great stay.

Perfect Retreat way better than Hotel
5/5 This newly remodeled historic home has everything you need for a quiet peaceful relaxing stay. And it was clean. Sheets / bed very clean. Reading reviews for local area hotels they all mentioned bugs, and questionable sanitation. Excellent choice to stay here! The management was very responsive to any questions. Felt safe staying alone too. The amenities are just right for a single bedroom. The kitchen / living room are spacious with all appliances needed for a good stay. Stocked with some helpful items like Salt / Pepper, so you didn't have to buy a bunch of little stuff. I had planned to go out to eat each night, but it so well equipped it was simplest to stay there. New appliances and laundry facilities make it great for a multi-week stay for a business person. Heating works well (it was in the 30's cold spell). Location is great. Only downside is a little bit of noise from the street in the early a.m. during rush hour. But nothing like the hotel neighbors with the loud TV, or doors slamming, or the soccer club that checked in late.
