    The property from the outside is great. Pictures were accurate. Pictures featured website on inside of house not so accurate. The house was extremely dirty on the inside and unkept. There was a sign on the oven that said it was out and would be replaced the following week. Not a good way to start the holiday. I called the property manager and insisted that an oven be delivered and I should have been informed prior to my coming so I could have canceled the reservation. He said I could cook in the “air fryer “. Can you imagine cooking Christmas dinner in an air fryer? After a back and forth about the oven, he agreed to bring one to the house the next morning. It was delivered that night. The bathrooms were filthy. Feces on the toilet seat downstairs. My sisters(thank God for them) had to clean. When pointed out to the property manager, he blamed the Spanish cleaning lady. Because our family rent vacation homes for gatherings we are quite familiar with the process of how a property should be when you get there. The bedding was stained and looked slept in. Once again, we had our own, but headed out and purchased additional bedding, towels and cleaning supplies. There was opened used bars of soap with hair still in the bathroom soap holders. We refused to use any of the pots, pans and utensils. We went and purchased are own supplies. This property was very disappointing and I won’t rent it again. It has the potential to be a great rental, but it has to be better maintained.

    Hi Marci, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the property meets their expectations.
    - Our cleaning service ensures that the house is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival. Upon receiving your communication regarding cleaning concerns, we promptly dispatched our cleaning team to address them immediately. They identified and cleaned a small spot inside the toilet as well as a small unused refrigerator, resolving the issues you pointed out.
    - The linens provided were thoroughly washed before your check-in, as part of our standard practice to clean them before the arrival of each new guest. While we wash and dry the linens, we do not iron them, which may result in occasional wrinkles.
    - To cater to varied preferences, we supply both hotel-sized soap and body wash, as well as bath products commonly found in a personal home, allowing guests to choose according to their needs.
    - Regarding the pots, pans, and utensils, our inspection revealed no issues. We're unsure why you opted to purchase new supplies of these items.
    - We committed to replacing the stove the day after your arrival, anticipating your cooking needs as per your communication. However, due to your insistence, our maintenance team diligently searched and successfully installed a new unit on the same day. 
    We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
