Monroe area home
3/5 This property is managed by a company. After reserving the home, I was directed to contact the managing company through another site. The managing company did not respond when I tried to communicate with them through VBRO. This is a pet friendly home which smelled like dog. If people are paying to bring a pet that fee should go to erasing pet odors.

Horrible experience
1/5 On the day of arrival we were notified that the plumbing was out and we couldn’t stay. Being graduation weekend, all other places were taken and we had to scramble to find something to accommodate our family. Days later VRBO offers us other options. Not knowing for sure if there were really plumbing problems and the lack of caring from VRBO has left us all very disappointed.

House needs repairs
3/5 There was no soap, no iron. Limited cooking utensils and dishes. Handles on kitchen cabinets were Falling off and cabinet doors would not close.

Needs some repairs and welcome book
3/5 We slept pretty comfortably here and enjoyed the pool! I will say though, there are a few things that need some attention. The kitchen cabinets are crooked from screws coming out of the top, the fridge handle is loose and wobbly, and the deck stairs are a bit wobbly too. The other issue was internet. I went onto Evolve for sign-in instructions after I couldn't find a welcome book but it said to look in the welcome book for instructions, so they need to add one of those or remember to put it out. Aside from those things we had a good little vacation! Slept fine, pool was clean and private, shower got hot. But it could use a little extra love in a couple places.
