  This home was so clean and beautifully decorated! It seemed brand new. My husband enjoyed fishing in the creek, and the view was beautiful! We loved having the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable. The home had a lot of "extras" that I appreciated. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc., in the bathrooms, and there were condiments in the fridge. There was an air fryer and other cooking appliances in the pantry. I noticed plenty of beach towels in one of the closets.If anyone in your family has difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you, but it wasn't an issue for us.It was about 10 to 15 minutes away from Dollar General, grocery, Walmart, Target, restaurants, etc., and about 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. This was perfect for us. There is a great local pizza place (The Peddler) and a Fudruckers, which made my husband very happy because we no longer have a Fudruckers within driving distance. If you go to downtown Savannah, I highly recommend the walking Dark History Ghost Tour by Genteel and Bard. It was interesting and historically accurate...age appropriate for my 12 year old daughter. I also highly recommend the Savannah Theater Paranormal Investigation. We did have multiple encounters, but it wasn't scary. Perfect for ages 12 and over! Wonderful experience and a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back!

  I booked this home for my fiance for a guys birthday trip they loved it only issue the water never came up to the dock for fishing or kayaking.

  The house was wonderful! Its brand new and beautiful! It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. There is a loft with a double bed up the stairs. The back yard is so relaxing and fun. They provide 2 kayaks, fishing gear, games, firepit, grill, and so much more.
