- Before leaving, double-check to ensure you haven't left any personal belongings behind
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the designated dumpster
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Ensure all of the knobs on the gas stove are set to off and oven is off
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please report any spills, stains, or damages during your stay. We understand accidents happen, and prompt reporting helps us address issues efficiently
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside the property. Designate any smoking to the outdoor areas only
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Clean up after pets inside and outside the property
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding
- Pets must be on a leash when outside the property
- Leave no trash anywhere outside

HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the cover before use
- The safety railing is used for hanging your towels/robe
- Use the touchpad interface to adjust temperature, activate jets and adjust lighting (the temperature is already set to 95 degrees fahrenheit)
- Press the temperature control buttons to increase or decrease the water temperature
- Press the “Jet” button to activate the massage jets at various intensities
- Access the clean option by pressing the option button until it shows and press it after each use of the tub. The tub cleans itself
- Ensure the hot tub cover is securely locked after each use of the
tub
- Water Temperature: Monitor and adjust water temperature to prevent scalding or overheating
- Child Supervision: Always supervise children and ensure the hot tub cover is securely locked when not in use
- Pregnancy and Health Considerations: Consult a physician before using the hot tub if you are pregnant or have health concerns or medical conditions
- Please do not bring glassware or breakable items into the hot tub area
- By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so at your own risk. Phinka and its owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or health related issues resulting from the use of the hot tub
