We, a group of teachers, enjoyed an extremely relaxing Fall Break on this property. The cabin is quaint. The property is secluded with all of the amenities you could ask for. The cabin is on the river where you sit and enjoy the quietness of nature, while sipping on your favorite beverage, which we did daily. When you have had enough of that, go on over to the firepit graciously furnished with firewood. We enjoyed closing our evening out with a relaxing sit in the hot tub. The leaves were just starting to turn during our stay, and the weather was perfect. The cabin is dog friendly. My Golden Retriever loved every minute of his stay. The owners even have a dog run on the side of the house for those that need a little assistance staying put. All in all, this visit was wonderful. Just what we needed to regroup and regenerate before our Thanksgiving break. Highly recommend visiting this property.

The cabin was rustic, comfy and cozy. It was as pictured. It was stocked with everything needed to cook since we cooked quite a few times, but close enough to town if we needed anything. The river behind was wonderful to sit by and listen to the water flowing. Loved the backyard set up but enjoyed the patio near the water the best. The phone service and WiFi were spotty at times but it gave us time away from electronics and we spent time playing games including the bumper pool table.
