- The name of the property is 'Creek Bend Escape' - Directions: Take Highway 5 north from Blue Ridge 10 miles and turn left after the McCaysville City Limit sign onto Old Epworth Rd. (at Pats Kountry Kitchen). Follow Old Epworth Rd and keep right onto McCay St. Drive to the end and turn left onto Kingstown Street. Turn right onto Brookhaven (after Brookstone Apts). Follow Brookhaven and stay straight when it splits (you’ll see a chain link fence). Continue straight through the woods. Follow the street to the right and turn left onto the paved Creek Bend Rd (a wooden fence will be on the left). We are the first driveway at the end of the fence on the left

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 4587
- The lockbox is located to the right side of the front door on the porch railing
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and place in the receptacle with lid. Please ensure that lid is secured
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Cover hot tub
- Turn off the gas grill, lights, fireplace & upstairs A/C
- Set heat to 60 & A/C to 78
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please no animals on the furniture
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
