Dirty but has potential
1/5 We stay at VRBOs for all family trips and unfortunately this was the dirtiest one we have ever stayed in. Floors were gross, all rugs need replacement, the entire house smelled like a dirty dog, and there was hair/dirt/insects throughout. We considered leaving and going to a hotel after the first night but decided to stick it out as family was close and we spent most of our time at there house. This VRBO could be really nice, but it’s clearly used for parties (tape on the ceilings from what looked like taped up decorations that was ripped down and tape remains). Outside we thought about grilling out but leaves covered the deck and Chairs were flipped upside down for some reason. Overall we were disappointed but it had nothing to do with property mgt. They were nice, the house was just gross.

Fairly Sweet Sweet 16
4/5 My daughter really enjoyed the house for her Sweet 16 sleepover. The rooms were spacious and the property was beautiful. The trampoline, the neighbors horses and donkeys were an added fun factor for the girls. The game room was cool too.
The kitchen was well appointed but we had to use our own paper towels because there were only two partial rolls provided. Luckily I had some in the car.
The televisions were not all functional (downstairs left room) and a few of the lamps didn’t have light bulbs or the bulbs were blown. These were small things but we paid almost $1000 for our stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay! I’d recommend restroom accommodations for the mechanics on the side of the property.

Good location. Poor wifi connection. Poor cleanliness of gameroom area. Outdoors not too safe for children running around. Good for adults.
