Horrible Host
1/5 Reserved our stay 2 weeks in advance. Being that I owned a very successful property with Evolve, I contacted the host thru txt message the morning we got on the road as to ensure ETA. Get there at 11:00pm only to find out our code to get in the apartment was wrong. Host did not respond to txt messages or phone calls until 3:30am. By that time we had to get a hotel at the Renaisance downtown Atlanta. Pulling up to the back of the apartment there are several abandon cars and the parking area is literally right next to the woodline which needs to be cleared. In the process of getting a refund. Ruined our whole trip! Definitely would NOT recommend this property or its host!

- Communication: We understand how frustrating it was to encounter issues with check-in, especially after a long day of travel. I missed your call initially as it came in after midnight, but returned it as soon as I saw it around 3:30 a.m.
- Check-in: The access code provided was correct, but it’s possible there was a misunderstanding when entering it. We’ve since refunded your stay in full as a courtesy.
- Property appearance: The cars you saw belong to long-term residents. While the wooded area behind the building is intentional for privacy, we understand it may feel less welcoming at night.
We always encourage guests with late arrivals to message in advance so we can be on alert for any urgent needs. While this situation is not typical, we’re reviewing our process to ensure smoother arrivals moving forward.
