• A weekend with Friends

  We are a group of life long friends that try to get together every year or two. This house was an odd mix of everything we needed and just not quite right. The location was exactly what we needed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate, although queen size beds would be more comfortable for our situation (but it was as described in the posting). Some one mentioned a low towel count, but we found extras in the upstairs hall closet. Kitchen tools - meh. We worked with it for breakfast.

  Cleanliness 2.5 stars. The bathrooms and kitchen counters seemed clean enough. The floors were not clean enough. The corners were dusty and when something rolled under the bed and I had to retrieve it...oof. Really really not clean. When we spilled water on the kitchen floor and cleaned it up, the paper towels were black. It seemed the floors had been swept but not cleaned.

  The WiFi password in the provided information was not accurate and of the two different inquiries we made to the point of contact, we received Zero response. So, no WiFi.

  A couple of folks were concerned about the odd DIY fixer upper choices, but they didn't really affect the weekend usability of the house.

  If they'd have us back after this review, we would consider a second try based on need, location, and size. There's potential there, it just needs more effort from the cleaning crew. After 15 yrs as a VRBO traveler, I have higher expectations from a Premier Host property.

• could have been better

  The house was okay for our stay but could have been much better with some thoughtfulness and improvements. The front door digital lock did not work. The door would not remain closed without being locked so we couldn't enter or exit the home through the front door. My sister twisted her ankle on the uneven step down from the driveway to the back door which required walking through wet/uncut grass in the dark. Amenities could also have been better. There were not enough towels for our guests. Some were able to go to another rental (we were with out of town wedding guests) to shower. The washer didn't work to wash the ones we had. The owner brought more over but not until late Saturday when we already had to be out for our scheduled events for the day. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms and limited washcloths. The kitchen only had paper towels and some of the coffee cups were dirty in the cabinet. The house seemed cleaned but had a 'moth ball' smell.

  House was exactly as advertised. Had an issue with keypad but made a call to Sazzad and the problem was resolved. He said call back if the problem was not resolved.Our family enjoyed our stay!

• Great size for a girlfriend getaway

  We attended the GA food & wine festival at Jim Miller Park. The 5 bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. The amenities are very limited. We each had 1 bath towel, not everyone had a face cloth and no hand towels, there was one small disc of soap in each bathroom. The kitchen didn’t have any dish towels, no wine opener and no wine glasses. We survived but it would have been nice to be able to have these things that are present in every other VRBO I’ve stayed in. It was nice to have a garage space we could pull our car in at night. And 3 bathrooms were great for 5 women. Bring your own shampoo & body lotion. The house is spacious and lots of room for the 5 of us. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Kennesaw.
