1/5 The bug spray permeated the rooms .Then a palmetto bug aka roach flew at me while I was in bed. We could not continue our stay there.

Despite our best efforts to maintain a bug free environment, it seems that a lone Georgia water bug entered the apartment while the door was open. Great place to stay for a college visit
5/5 Our experience was very positive. I stayed with my daughter when we went to UGA for a visit. What we liked was having our own space and having the dog Cotton and cat Luna Grace pay us a visit. We are cat people (though we do like dogs) and both were very friendly. The place was rustic, but clean, and while we had to wash dishes by hand (not a big deal), it had everything we wanted. With the exception of when a stray (but friendly) dog coming to visit and not getting along with Cotton, it was very quiet, which we loved. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to our texts. We will definitely consider staying here in the future (assuming it's available)!
Cute and cozy
5/5 Adorable little cabin, I booked last minute for 2 nights. The cabin was perfect price was nice. Had 1 minor issue, which was resolved very quickly and I was very happy with my stay. Mr. Perrin was very nice and quick to resolve my issue. I had an amazing stay and will book again next time I'm in the area.

Athens Trip
5/5 We enjoyed our stay very much! Place was well equipped and relaxing. Very close to Athens which was the purpose of our trip. And best of all the Bulldogs won!!!
