Keyless entry
The contacts were kind and immediately responsive.
The TV remote, lid for the crock pot, can opener, and bath tub stopper were MIA. The contact was kind and bought and brought a new crock pot. However, it was not big enough for our crew so we made due. The contact offered to go to the store and buy the items but we were going anyway. She did give me cash to buy the items. I bought and left a towel hanger for the back of the door in the bathroom as a kind gesture; with 8 of us, it was a needed convenience.
The garbage disposal clogged but the contact had had it serviced and up and runnng the same day.
The bedrooms were pristine and spacious with plenty of storage. The queen bedroom was wonderfully spacious and the bedding and bed was high end hotel quality with 4 fluffy pillows.
My relatives remarked that the master bedroom and single beds could use a pillow top or egg crate topper for more comfort.
The contact was kind and brought us additional sets of towels and cozy blankets.
