3/5 The place was very nice, however several glitches impacted our stay and our rating.The fireplace did not work and the owner knew his but was not noted in VRBO. The main room tv did not work and the house helper could not get it working either.host interaction was good. We also got locked out, the handle still had a lock capability on it even though the code lock was functional.Beds were good, kitchen was very organized and a very nice fire pit and jacuzzi.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We were aware that the gas fireplace logs were not functioning properly at the time of your stay and are currently in the process of replacing them.
- We had mistakenly believed that the living room TV was a smart TV. While there were smart TVs in all bedrooms, we’ve since added a Roku stick to the living room TV, so it now has full streaming capability.
- When you experienced a lockout, we came out to the property at 10:00 PM to assist in person. The keypad requires pressing the lock symbol to secure the door, and we’ve updated our check-in instructions to clearly explain this step for future guests.
- We strive to provide a seamless and comfortable experience for every guest, and we’re truly sorry for the inconveniences that impacted your visit.

5/5 This is the best location near Helen, Georgia. Spacious 3 bedrooms. Decorated so lovely. Stocked so well. Everything you need. Comfortable beds, sofa, large kitchen table. The fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great! Will stay here again.
