  • Awesome cabin

    5/5

It’s a quick turn to a barely noticeable driveway from the main road, and it continues on about a couple hundred yards of semi steep hill. I’ve found it easier to turn around and back to the cabin so it was easier to leave in the mornings (little steep).

The cabin is two stories building, loaded with everything you need.

Full kitchen, even has oil, spices, paper towels, all pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with ice, first aid kit, and so on. Beds are very comfortable!

Since it’s pretty much tucked away in the woods and not much movement around, my 9 year old was pretty scared the first nights but even more so because of the rain echoed loudly hitting the tin roof through the whole night and if one’s not used to it, makes sleeping nearly impossible. Fortunately it was only one rainy night.

I think it would’ve been more fun with more friends. This cabin can sleep 6 but not 6 adults unless you bring mattress and sleeping bags 😊

The location is great, within 5-6 minutes there’s the town with a nice grocery store (Ingles) and many other shops. Small town but in a very pretty settings.
