Wonderful home
5/5 Our stay was amazing! The home was nice and clean and felt very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus. Great location to the town. We would definitely stay here again!

5/5 This property was very clean and had lots of space. Enjoyed the pool table, corn hole and neighborhood pickle ball courts. Communication was a breeze.

Great Helen getaway
4/5 House was located close to town and clean, But I have never stayed at a property where you don’t have control of the AC! If you are cold natured or Hot natured this is not the house for you. We contact the property manager when we arrived and again the next day to see if they could just turn the AC down by a couple of degrees. But we never got a reply. I usually rent up to 4-5 houses a year and never have I run into this problem.

-Our thermostats are not locked, and many of our guests have successfully adjusted the temperature to their liking. We apologize if this was not clear during your stay. It appears that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the control of the Nest thermostat.
