  This property was ok. There is alot that can be done better. Starting with getting the place cleaner than it was, spiders, roaches, and ants were all in the house. We could not even sit on the furniture outside because it was dirty and the roaches. They scattered when you went out but it was still bad. The place was a little clean but one of beds had ants in it and I had to pull the sheets off and wash them myself. The steps to the dock were so hard to get by because there were so many bees, 2 of our group members got stung. You can tell this property is not properly exterminated. You should get this exterminated before someone comes. Also, the trash thing, if I pay an outrageous amount for cleaning fee, I refuse to take trash to the land field, 2 trash cans for 8 people and 5 days is NOT enough. As far as the dock, it was covered in spiderwebs. Please get this place sprayed down before someone comes to stay. The walk up to the dock was awful to get through the spider webs. Bees bees and more bees! If someone is allergic y’all might get sued. The bathroom door on the lower level gets stuck. The back door would not lock. The spiral steps are a cool gesture but they are dangerous. Just over all kind of dirty. Enjoyed the lake and kayaks and had over all good stay but there’s some things that need work.

  Beautifully appointed, very quiet and secluded. Fantastic boat dock for tanning! Owners very responsive and helpful!

  The listing should emphasize only 2 vehicles will fit, not just allowed but only 2 vehicles will fit in parking area it is tiny, on a dead-end street and truly only 2 vehicles fit. The pics make it look huge it is not! First thing we got someone stuck in the downstairs bathroom, the barn door will not open if you slide it shut all the way to use the bathroom. Then we pull a chair out from the table in the sunroom to sit there and the back of the chair came off in my hand. The 2 twin beds, you have NOWHERE to put them if you pull them apart. This property is so small you have no room for anyone. The room that the twin beds are in is more like a hallway, you cannot pull the beds apart and put the second one anywhere without having to move the tables and chairs out of that room and into another. The dryer would not get hot and work on any setting, I had to go buy towels. The kitchen is not fully stocked. There are 2 pots and one pan, all of which are so old that everything you cook in them sticks and is not edible. There were no sponges or anything to clean dishes or counters with and no mop anywhere. I had to go buy pots and pans and sponges to clean with. I reached out to the owner, and they told me I was wrong about everything. They did not offer any compensation for what I had to go buy. I would not stay again! And my daughter left a necklace, and the owner texted a pic of it to me and said she would mail it to me, It still has not arrived and it has been almost a month.

  "You are correct we have room for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway, however, if needed you can also park on the street
  - The home is as advertised, we do not mention anywhere in the listing that it is a large home. This is an A-Frame house and space is a little limited but it is quite roomy and has enough space for 8 guests
  - We have not had anyone get stuck in the bathroom, not sure how this happened, but we're sorry
  - We were not aware that any chairs were broken, we'll look into this
  - We do not expect guests to rearrange the furniture, we don't want anyone injured or have the floors scuffed up. If something didn't work our number is available for you to contact us. Many of our guests have stacked the twin beds and used this with no problems
  - The bedside table just needs to side over
  - We used the dryer before and after you left and it heated up just fine. We are available for any questions or issues
  - The dishes are new and we have not had any complaints about the pots and pans
  - I will be returning your necklace, as per my text message it will be done when I return home, I will be returning next week and will take care of it for you
  - We are available for any issues that come up, or if you have any questions. We do not expect our guests to have to go buy any large items or cleaning supplies
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  The cabin was dirty, there was hair everywhere, the blankets were so dirty, no water upstairs, no internet, no trash cans, the outside grill didn’t work. I do not recommend this property
