  Cabin is not as advertised. Deep cleaning needed inside and out. Repairs needed to outside doors and decks. Rodent and insect issues in all upstairs bedrooms, had to do some cleaning myself in order for my out of town family to sleep. No internet connections, unable to watch College Football!! Not all DVD players worked, and all remotes did not have batteries. We do not recommend this property. Please go and read reviews on the Evolve site for confirmation. Spend your money elsewhere.

  My family and I enjoyed ourselves this weekend in this lovely cabin. Its definitely a great place if you have kids. Everything was great and in good shape but we barely had cell connection but who needs that when you have your family there with you.Will definitely go back if we ever go back that way.

  Host was easy to reach and answered all questions. The cabin was HUGE and exactly what we were looking for in our stay. It is VERY far away from the main part of Ellijay, but if you're looking for quiet and decision, this is the place!

  This property is nothing like what is posted online we arrived and immediately left the property due to the filth and conditions. Rat droppings bugs food left in drawers in the bedrooms. The list goes on and on we were traveling to our grandson‘s wedding and had to pack up as soon as we unpacked to try and find a hotel. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this rental property to anyone if there were a star less than one I would rate it a -20 if not more.

  - Following your stay, we made immediate changes, including replacing the cleaning crew and switching pest control providers.
  - We haven’t had any similar issues reported since, and recent guests have been pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the home.
  - We also refunded the majority of your stay to make things right, apart from the cleaning fee and the first night.
