Nice but beware
3/5 When we arrived there was a strong odor that we could not identify - we tried to air the house out and it was still there in the morning. I contacted the owner and he said there were moth balls in the drawers, etc. MOTH BALLS - highly toxic to humans. We searched and discovered over 60 in all the drawers, under and above furniture, on shelves, etc. We never did find them all. Our infant was sick from the fumes as well as we were distressed and had symptoms as well. We were there for a family wedding and could not leave. We washed every item of clothing we brought, worn or not, as it was permeated with the fumes. The house itself is nice and spacious for a family, hot tub was great, beds comfortable and great location next to the wedding venue. The main floor is dark wood, and was very dirty to walk on - our feet and especially the crawling infant were filthy from the wood floor. The owner was very receptive in telling us what the odor was, just amazed he was not aware of the toxicity.
Wonderful Cabin
5/5 We so enjoyed our stay!! The cabin is so nice and the views are breathtaking. The swing and firepit area was our favorite!! The grandkids loved the hot tub. This is definitely a place we want to return to!!

Wedding weekend
5/5 This was a beautiful home to stay in with lots of room to spread out. It was perfect for our family to stay in for a wedding we attended over the weekend. The host was very responsive when we needed them. It is a beautiful home with great views.

Perfect for our small family reunion!
5/5 We loved staying here. There was ample room for all us and we could be together without being on top of each other -- which is important for a family reunion! We ran into an electrical issue early in our stay but it was taken care of immediately and the rest of the weekend went great. The downstairs was particularly fun, with a pool table, games, and a big speaker for a much needed dance party.Someone in our group forgot their reading glasses and they were on top of it and called us so we could retrieve them before we were too far away. Would stay here again!
