Wonderful location!
5/5 Overall a great place to stay! Nice flat waterfront property, quiet neighbors, indoor games & puzzles to kayaks and ping pong for the outdoors. Ways your could enhance the property, pressure wash the exterior grounds of the home for better curb appeal and some upgraded pots and pans in the kitchen for ease of cooking would be appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

Lovely Lakehouse with Great Lake access
4/5 Perfect house for us, two adults and a dog. Great Lake access, the lake was quiet and beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood and dock on the lake. Easy access to grocery store in Millegeville.
WiFi was solid, all appliances worked. Bathrooms were clean. We would definitely rent this house on Lake Sinclair again.

Great Time at the Lake!
5/5 We enjoyed our time at the lake house very much. It was clean & we found it to be exactly as advertised on the listing. The views were amazing & we loved fishing off of the dock & using the kayaks that were provided on site. Would definitely recommend.

Fun enough
3/5 We had a great time at this lake house but there's areas of improvement for sure.
The last morning we were there a bug infestation hit the lake and it literally had millions of bugs in the water and all over the pier. It was wild! Luckily it wasn't that way the first and second days we were there.

Hi Robbin, we're happy to hear you had a great time at the lake house! We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- While Mother Nature is outside of our control, we're sorry that your group felt uncomfortable during your stay. We go above and beyond in providing a comfortable experience for our guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that.
- We have regular monthly visits by a professional exterminator to help maintain the property. As the home is located in nature, we are sorry that the bugs out on the lake were such a surprise during your stay. We want guests to rest easy so we provide mosquito candles for guests to use out on the back porch.
- Although we do our best to keep the outdoor area clean if there are a few days between guest check-out and the next check-in, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to affect the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left.
Providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests is at the forefront of our mission. We are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
