• Sufficient for our needs

  The Good:

  The cabin was easily accessible and clean. The air quality inside was good (Sometimes rental places can be damp or stuffy and this place was not.) The living area / kitchen was really nicely decorated and well kept. Access through keyless entry was very simple. Although we didn't use or need them, there were several stand-alone appliances and dishes sufficient for cooking simple meals. The cabin is within 15 minutes of towns in several directions (Demorest, Cornelia, Helen and Cleveland). There was cable and wi-fi. Would be great for two people. Booking and receiving check-in information was excellent.

  The Not So Good:

  The master bed was extremely firm. Some may prefer that, but I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Bedrooms are pretty cramped for two people (my husband and me). My daughter slept on the futon and has bruises on her hip from it where the bar pressed into her side while sleeping. So, while the cabin was clean, well kept, easily accessible, cost friendly, and sufficient for our needs for the weekend, the beds would be a deal breaker for ever booking again or suggesting to others.

  Suggestions: GPS (Google Maps, Mapquest, nor whatever is built into my husband's truck) does not take you to the exact location. You have to go on up the hill a little ways. Also, we were in a truck so not a big deal, but the driveway might be tough for some smaller cars to maneuver.

  The Sautee Trail Cafe is just five minutes away for excellent home-style breakfast.

  - The master bedroom features a hybrid mattress, which has worked well for many guests, though they understand preferences vary.
  - The futon is regularly inspected to ensure it’s in good condition and comfortable for use.
  - GPS directions work for the property, but guests may need to continue a short distance up the hill to reach the cabin.

• Perfect stay

  Will definitely be staying here again! Was perfect for my husband and I. I was able to get my school work done in the other room while he cooked. Quiet and clean which is exactly what I was looking for.

  Also there is a little one burner cooktop, and a crockpot.
