Many issues and dirty
2/5 Booking and getting to the property was really easy. We were very happy with the fire pit and the size of the large dining table. Issues we had was the floors were EXTREMELY dirty. If you wanted barefoot, your soles would get black within 5 minutes. The washing machine and blender did not with at all. There's no garbage disposal either. The fridge had a really hard time staying cold even when set to the lowest setting. The garage gun equipment was broken and the Foosball table was also busted. The bathrooms were nice but we needed to provide our own towels as many of the ones in the just were falling apart. The bunk-bed was very flimsy and my young niece (under 10) had issues going up the ladder because it was not stable at all. There's no way to play DVD's at this place and the TV's did not allow us to connect our phone. Over all, this place held everyone and the beds were ok. The filthiness of the floors and lack of working appliances is why I'm giving this a 2/5 mainly.
5/5 Had a great stay! My family was very pleased. It was more than enough space in the bedrooms and other common areas. We loved the pool and the play area for the kids. We would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area. Very decent drive to most Atlanta area in the Covington/ McDonough area (they provided recommendations). The photos that are shared prior to booking are exactly what you will see. And the home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Bachelorette Stay
5/5 Had a lowkey stay here in town to take a tour in town for three nights and everything was great! Spacious, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy trip into town lovely accommodations.

Very pleased
5/5 We came for the weekend of 1/17-1/29/25 we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and everything was just as it showed in the photos. We were able to reach the property owner with any questions we had. We stayed so that we could live out our Vampire Diary experience in Covington. We were not disappointed. This location was about 20 mins or so from Covington. This is a great place to stay. There were 7 of us in our group and we had plenty of room and the furniture was very comfy which is something we really enjoyed because it made the stay enjoyable for us when we came back to the house in the evenings.
