Review of Wildwood Property - Columbus, Georgia
5/5 Our corporate team of 5 stayed at the Wildwood Property for several weeks while conducting training for soldiers at Ft. Benning, Georgia.
We could not have asked for a more perfect location with spot-on amenities. The house was updated and well-appointed with modern appliances and fixtures. The gourmet kitchen was spacious and well-equipped which made meal prep easy and convenient. Our stay was enhanced by the availability of a garage which we used to store our training equipment. An added layer of security was appreciated with the driveway gate.
After a long day of training, we loved coming "home" and relaxing on the porch with a tall glass of sweet tea (or a small glass of Burbon).
Lindsey, the host, was exceptional! I have stayed at many rental properties for vacation and other family events; and this stay was hands down one of the best experiences! Lindsey was available to answers all my questions promptly...like within 5 minutes promptly! She always gave me 24-hour advance notice if any professional service people (landscapers, mosquito sprayers, etc.) were stopping by. She checked in weekly to see if we needed cleaning or laundry services, as our stay was almost a month.
Lastly, the guest instruction manual was phenomenal. Every bit of pertinent information (including check-out instructions, WiFi connection, gate instructions, garbage pick-up, local eateries and attractions, etc.) was clear and concise. I would recommend Evolve use this manual as a template for all your properties...yeah, it was that good!
I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Columbus, Georgia area.
We will definitely select this property for our next extended stay.
