  We appreciated the tastefully appointed rooms which were aesthetically appealing and cheerful, the cleanliness of the home, and the plumbing, electrical and washer/dryer were all in working order. The property was homey and comfortable and the neighborhood was quite nice as well.

  However, there were many items in disrepair and in need of attention. We are only taking a moment to point this out because we feel this property has a lot of potential.

  -Shower curtain fell down due to improper installation of rod

  -Broken kitchen and bath tiles

  -Bedroom dresser finish was damaged

  -Closet bi-fold door was broken

  -Lazy Susan in kitchen was broken

  -Master Bed outlet worked intermittently

  -Refrigerator water filter light is on

  -Dishwasher's lower spray arm that spins was laying off to the side

  -Broken turntable in microwave

  -Carpet stains

  These can all be easily remedied with regular maintenance. This lovely home deserves the extra TLC.

  All of the above were discovered upon our arrival. This doesn't mean we didn't appreciate your labor or our stay. It's just that it puts the guest on alert for every little task so as not to make the existing damage, worse.

  We enjoyed our stay in this cute home. The home was spacious enough for 5 adults, there was plenty of seating both in the living room and dining room.The only issue we had with the home itself was the mold in all the showers. All of the showers needed a deep clean and the shower curtains need to be changed due to the large amount of mold. But overall, the rest of the house was clean.We also felt like there needed to be better communication about expectations at checkout. We followed all of the printed instructions for cleaning, but after we checked out we received a message that we needed to place all of our dirty sheet in a pile by the washer. There was nothing we could do about it since we had already left the property and we had no idea this was part of our responsibilities.Overall, we had a pleasant stay we just feel that there are a few thing that need to be improved.

• The Farm House Is Everything Great

  The Farm House was Everything as listed in VRBO. The photos actually don't do it Justice. You must Experience it True Real Time to Appreciate it..The place was Well Equipped with the Best of Appliances and Comforts of Home. The neighborhood looks suspect but it was Very Peaceful and Quiet. Very little Pedestrian or Vehicle traffic..The Owner whom I had the pleasure to talk to is Very Nice and Customer Friendly..I have family in the ATL that I can stay with but in all Honesty I'd prefer to Pay and Stay at The Farm House..Thank you MzCepeda for being a Great Host..
