Cozy quite retreat
5/5 Our stay was great. The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the secluded quite peace surroundings. The backporch was delightful. We would definitely stay again. The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating.

3/5 Beds were uncomfortable. Back deck is to narrow to safely walk on. No window coverings except in bedrooms.

We apologize you thought the back deck was too narrow the listing states that the back deck is very narrow it is also shown in the pictures.
While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
There are purposefully no blinds or curtains in the living area to optimize the view. There are curtains and blinds on all windows in the bedroom for privacy.

Phenomenal If you have a 4-wheel drive
5/5 I had a blast with my Mom and we will definitely be back - and be sure you are not a floridian or have a 4 wheel drive. :) It was a bit steep going straight up the moutain but the driveway levels off. Was a beautiful retreat and nothing was missing as far as amenitites and conveniences. Fire stove was amazing too.WE LOVED IT!

Anniversary Treat
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this cabin. The accommodations were perfect for us two- just the right amount of space and light. With no visible neighbors, the forest surroundings made it feel like we were far removed from civilization yet we were only a couple of miles from downtown.
We hope to return for another visit!
