- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

1.&nbsp;Owners, Guests, and&nbsp;Tenants&nbsp;shall keep the condominium and all furnishings in good&nbsp;
2. Appliances&nbsp;are&nbsp;only to&nbsp;be used for&nbsp;their intended purposes.&nbsp;
3.&nbsp;Fireplace.&nbsp;The Fireplace is a non-vented propane&nbsp;gas&nbsp;log fired fire&nbsp;box. Owners,&nbsp;
Guests, and Tenants shall not throw any paper&nbsp;or&nbsp;other combustible materials in the fireplace.&nbsp;
4. Sewer. The sewer system will clog&nbsp;up&nbsp;if improper materials are flushed. Do not&nbsp;
flush anything&nbsp;other than&nbsp;toilet&nbsp;paper. No&nbsp;feminine products shall be flushed&nbsp;at&nbsp;any&nbsp;time. If it&nbsp;is&nbsp;
found&nbsp;that&nbsp;feminine&nbsp;products&nbsp;have&nbsp;been flushed and&nbsp;clogged the&nbsp;septic&nbsp;system,&nbsp;the owner,&nbsp;guest,&nbsp;
or&nbsp;tenant will&nbsp;be&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;all damages&nbsp;to clear the plumbing lines. No&nbsp;pet excrement&nbsp;
shall be flushed&nbsp;at&nbsp;any time.&nbsp;
5.&nbsp;Noise Control. All&nbsp;Owners,&nbsp;Guests&nbsp;and Tenants&nbsp;are responsible&nbsp;for maintaining noise&nbsp;
control so as not to&nbsp;disturb the&nbsp;quiet and&nbsp;enjoyment&nbsp;of the condominium Owners and other&nbsp;
Guests in the&nbsp;buildings.&nbsp;
6.&nbsp;Water,&nbsp;The&nbsp;Owner is&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;making sure that&nbsp;the Owner, any Guest, Tenant,&nbsp;
or other person occupying the Owner&apos;s condominium through any&nbsp;rental&nbsp;program shall turn the&nbsp;
hot and&nbsp;cold&nbsp;water off inside the condominium if the Owner,&nbsp;Guest, Tenant,&nbsp;or person occupying&nbsp;
the premises is to be&nbsp;away from the condominium more&nbsp;than thirty-six (36) hours. The&nbsp;Owner is&nbsp;
responsible for advising&nbsp;all&nbsp;guests, tenants, rental agencies, or&nbsp;persons, or housekeepers of&nbsp;this&nbsp;
condominium policy.&nbsp;It is&nbsp;mandatory&nbsp;that&nbsp;in the event&nbsp;an Owner uses a&nbsp;rental agency&nbsp;or person&nbsp;
to&nbsp;lease&nbsp;the Owner&apos;s condominium,&nbsp;that&nbsp;the Owner provide a written copy of these rules&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;
Guest, Tenant, and&nbsp;rental&nbsp;agency&nbsp;or&nbsp;person and receive written confirmation&nbsp;that&nbsp;such&nbsp;notice&nbsp;has&nbsp;
been received by the&nbsp;tenant, rental&nbsp;agency or&nbsp;person.&nbsp;
7.&nbsp;Hot Water Heaters.&nbsp;The Owner is responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;making sure that the Owner, any&nbsp;
Guest,&nbsp;any Tenant, or&nbsp;other person occupying the Owner&apos;s condominium through any&nbsp;rental&nbsp;
program shall tum&nbsp;the&nbsp;hot&nbsp;water&nbsp;heater breaker (located on&nbsp;the electrical panel&nbsp;inside the&nbsp;
condominium) off&nbsp;if&nbsp;the&nbsp;Owner, Guest, Tenant, or person occupying the premises&nbsp;is to&nbsp;be away&nbsp;
from&nbsp;the&nbsp;condominium&nbsp;more&nbsp;than&nbsp;thirty-six&nbsp;(36)&nbsp;hours.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Owner&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;advising&nbsp;
all&nbsp;Guests,&nbsp;Tenants,&nbsp;rental agency,&nbsp;person,&nbsp;or&nbsp;housekeepers&nbsp;of&nbsp;this&nbsp;condominium&nbsp;policy.&nbsp;It&nbsp;is&nbsp;

condominium,&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;Owner&nbsp;provide&nbsp;a&nbsp;written&nbsp;copy&nbsp;of&nbsp;these&nbsp;rules&nbsp;to the Guest,&nbsp;Tenant,&nbsp;and&nbsp;
rental&nbsp;agency&nbsp;or&nbsp;person&nbsp;and&nbsp;receive&nbsp;written&nbsp;confirmation&nbsp;that&nbsp;such&nbsp;notice&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;received&nbsp;by&nbsp;
the&nbsp;Tenant,&nbsp;rental&nbsp;agency&nbsp;or&nbsp;person.&nbsp;
8.&nbsp;Grills.&nbsp;No&nbsp;gas&nbsp;or&nbsp;charcoal&nbsp;grills&nbsp;are&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;on&nbsp;any&nbsp;deck.&nbsp;If&nbsp;you&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;grill,&nbsp;they&nbsp;
are&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;sidewalk&nbsp;in&nbsp;front&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;condominium&nbsp;building.&nbsp;
9.&nbsp;Parking.&nbsp;Only&nbsp;one&nbsp;vehicle&nbsp;is&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;parked&nbsp;under&nbsp;the&nbsp;covered&nbsp;carport&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;
designated&nbsp;spot&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;condominium&nbsp;unit.&nbsp;All&nbsp;other&nbsp;vehicles&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;parked&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;lot.&nbsp;Any&nbsp;
vehicle&nbsp;parked&nbsp;in&nbsp;another&nbsp;owner&apos;s&nbsp;designated&nbsp;spot&nbsp;may&nbsp;be&nbsp;towed&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;offending&nbsp;Owner,&nbsp;
Guest,&nbsp;or&nbsp;Tenant&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;any&nbsp;towing&nbsp;charges.&nbsp;Owners&nbsp;are&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;
advising&nbsp;any&nbsp;Guests&nbsp;or&nbsp;Tenants&nbsp;of&nbsp;this&nbsp;policy.&nbsp;
10.&nbsp;Trash&nbsp;and&nbsp;Dumpsters.&nbsp;Boxes&nbsp;are&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;broken&nbsp;down&nbsp;prior&nbsp;to&nbsp;placing&nbsp;them in&nbsp;a&nbsp;
dumpster.&nbsp;Do&nbsp;not&nbsp;place&nbsp;trash,&nbsp;unbroken&nbsp;down&nbsp;boxes,&nbsp;or&nbsp;any&nbsp;other&nbsp;debris&nbsp;inside&nbsp;the&nbsp;dumpster&nbsp;
enclosure on&nbsp;the&nbsp;concrete&nbsp;floor&nbsp;or&nbsp;on&nbsp;top&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;dumpster.&nbsp;Please&nbsp;check&nbsp;both&nbsp;dumpsters&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;if&nbsp;
there&nbsp;is&nbsp;additional&nbsp;room.&nbsp;If&nbsp;they&nbsp;are&nbsp;full,&nbsp;take&nbsp;the&nbsp;trash,&nbsp;boxes&nbsp;or&nbsp;debris&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Chechero&nbsp;
