Beautiful house, missing essentials...
4/5 Lovely home, not ideal for more than 4 adults. Sleeping arrangements are ok for 4 children and 4 adults.
I offered feedback to the contact, but they just said to leave a review. So here's my feedback!
BE AWARE: only 5 forks (for a house that sleeps 12 LOL), no baking sheets, no extra trash bags, zero chef knives, no sharp knives (or sharpeners). Don't expect to cook or eat together here without some MacGyvering. Was told pool is closed AFTER check-in, but apparently that's just because the heater is broken. Much preferred the water cool and refreshing anyway, so I don't know why that was necessary!

Beautiful house
4/5 The property and house were lovely. Mattresses and linens were comfortable. The pool was clean with provided floaties an added bonus. The one thing that was lacking was labels and instructions. It took forever to determine which of the 20 switches operated the light we needed, for example. There were also fewer little touches than were used to like kitchen tools, throw blankets, etc. These aren't necessary, but would make the house feel homier and more welcoming.
