This cabin was perfect for our family. Clean, true to pictures, and had everything we needed. It felt spacious with all of the beds and my kids loved that they could each sleep on separate floors. The hot tub was a huge hit and we also used the fire pit outside. We so enjoyed our time here! The only thing I didn't absolutely love (and this was not a deal-breaker, just mentioning it here for those that might mind) is the gravel drive to the cabin. Its about 9 minutes from the paved road to the cabin. Again, not a deal breaker but that part of the drive was not my favorite! You'll love this cabin!

Hi Shanna, the homeowner wanted to pass this along:
"Thank you for staying with us and we are happy your family enjoyed your cabin stay and all the amenities!
I think the portion of gravel road you mention right before you hit the paved road to our cabin depends on your perspective…This section of road to the cabin is a meandering road typical for this mountain area. It's easy to travel in a regular car. It is a gov maintained leveled gravel road cutting through a section of the Chattahoochee National Forest protected and managed by park rangers. So the trade-off for traveling for nine minutes ( or two miles) on this road is stunning views of the forest and lake blue ridge with no houses or development to obstruct your view!
Those nine minutes can be nine minutes of Zen out of your day to stop along the way and hike down to the lake or get on a hiking trail or drop in your kayak.
When my husband and I leave Atlanta to spend time at the cabin that portion of the drive is the part we look most forward to. If you roll your window down you can hear babbling brooks the entire way there and usually catch a glimpse of deer along the way through the unblemished parkland.
We find it very relaxing to take it slowly and take it all in!"
The hosts did very well equipping the cabin with essentials. It was quick and easy to reach and communicate with them. The cabin is in a very quiet spot.

Shared from the owner: "Thank you for your stay, Sean. It’s good to know the cabin met your needs during your stay. Thank you for the nice comments about our response time. It is quiet and very easy to unwind and sometimes just listen to the wind through the trees and de-stress! Hope you can return in the future!"
This place was just what we wanted and needed. Everyone had their own space, which was nice. A little more off the grid than I was expecting but we had no issues with it. Perfect for our spring break needs!

Shared from the owners: Heather, We were so happy to host you and are glad the cabin had everything you were looking for! We love the fact that our cabin feels so remote and close to the Chattahoochee National Forest, yet is only a short 15 min drive to Blue Ridge - the best of both worlds. Thank you for choosing us for your vacation!
Very easy to rent and great communication
