Spring Break

Weekend in Blue Ridge
5/5 We stayed at the Canoeing Bear cabin for a celebration of my wife’s birthday and for Valentines Day. The cabin was perfect! Excellent location near town but feeling super remote. The drive in to the cabin on the forest service road alongside the lake was awesome. The cabin had everything we needed and was really clean. We absolutely loved the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. Do note that if you are a firebug like myself bring your own firewood. Overall excellent weekend in a perfect environment.

Weekend in Blue Ridge
5/5 We rented the Canoeing Bear cabin to celebrate my wife’s birthday and Valentines Day. Had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. The cabin was clean and well kept. The outside area is perfect. We made use of the fire pit and enjoyed being outside for the most part. Do bring your own firewood if you are a fire bug like myself. The drive in is beautiful and the location feels super remote but is convenient to town.
