CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The gate code is 1929. Once you open the gate, you'll be at the marina parking lot
- There is a black metal wagon with yellow wheels near the parking lot, which can be used for loading/unloading your vehicle(s). The wagon is locked, and the code is 7814. Please return the wagon to the same spot and lock it back up
- The property is located in slip 4
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is to the right of the door. The code is 7814
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade, do not strip
- Place all used towels in a pile in the rear bathroom
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
