  Overall, we had a great stay and there’s a lot to like about this property. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between the airport and downtown, which made getting around very easy. The home itself was clean, modern, and nicely updated. It felt spacious, and having a TV in every room was a nice touch. It’s also a great option for anyone traveling with pets, which we really appreciated.

  That said, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. It looked like there had been some recent construction, and unfortunately there was broken glass scattered in the grass near the entrance. This could be a safety concern, especially for kids or pets playing outside. Additionally, there’s an abandoned house directly behind the property, which may make some guests uncomfortable and doesn’t feel particularly family-friendly.

  Another frustration was the cleaning expectations. Despite paying nearly $200 for a cleaning fee, guests are still asked to complete a fairly extensive checklist before leaving—taking out the trash, washing and putting away dishes, removing perishable items, and stripping and piling linens and towels. It felt a bit excessive given the high cleaning cost.

  In summary, it’s a nice, well-located home with plenty of positives, but a few safety concerns and the cleaning policy could definitely be improved.

Regarding the property behind the home, we appreciate you bringing this up. That house is actually part of an upcoming renovation project, so improvements are already planned and should enhance the overall surroundings in the near future. We also hear your feedback about the cleaning expectations. We aim to balance maintaining the home to a high standard while keeping things manageable for guests, but we understand how this may have felt excessive, given the cleaning fee.   Very nice, lovely neighborhood. Convenient location to Atlanta and other areas in vicinity. Great amenities, unit was clean and cozy. Mattress in room with queen bed could have been firmer as it did some dips in it. Otherwise, everything was fine with no complaints
