  Unit was clean enough biggest or was a/c was out the entire stay. Manager was very polite and nice tried to rectify it but was unsuccessful. Hopefully it’s fixed for the next person.

  "Thank you for your valuable feedback, Lynwood. As a reminder, the house was equipped with a portable air conditioning unit and more than eight fans for your comfort. When you expressed concerns about the house not cooling down quickly enough, I immediately offered a refund for your stay. However, you kindly informed me that you were comfortable once the house temperature dropped to 75 degrees.
  To ensure the situation was resolved, I dispatched my maintenance team the following day. They reported that the air conditioning unit needed a new filter, which unfortunately could not be replaced until the upcoming Monday. In response, I proposed a refund for the remaining days of your stay, along with a $75 reimbursement for the inconvenience. Despite this, you reassured me that you did not wish to leave and gratefully accepted the $75 reimbursement upon checkout. The next day, I checked in on you and your guests and once again offered a refund, which you kindly declined. I offered a refund on three separate occasions during your stay, each of which you declined, opting instead for the $75 reimbursement. Please rest assured that the filter has since been changed and the house is now cooling effectively. I want to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Thank you once again for choosing my property for your visit. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I truly appreciate your understanding."

  We had a wonderful stay! The home has been beautifully refurbished and the property manager is eager to keep improving. The home is in a transitional neighborhood with restored homes and run down homes intermixed. It’s settled at the end of a dead end with minimal traffic. We didn’t have any immediate safety concerns, but weren’t in an area where we felt good enough to let our daughter go for runs on her own. The driveway isn’t paved or covered, so we we did get a lot of red mud from the rain and there wasn’t a sidewalk from the driveway to the house, so our silver plus family members were a little nervous heading up to the house because the terrain is bumpy.

  Amenities wise, Megan was open to suggestions on how to better stock the kitchen and rooms, so this should be better supplied going forward. However, there were dishes enough for 4 people. Some basic serving utensils and pans are provided. If you’re planning to cook meals in the home it’s not quite set up for that yet. It’ll need food storage containers, mixing bowls, kitchen knives, ice trays, etc.

  Bathrooms do not have any extras, so bring your toiletries, dryers, etc. If you need “big” towels, bring those. The ones provided are the small size.

  Beds are super comfy.

  There wasn’t quite enough seating in the living area for our fam of 5, but she’s working on addressing that.

  We had an issue with the AC, which Megan addressed quickly with above and beyond attention.

  Overall, an excellent stay at a newly established VRBO that has the potential to be an excellent accommodation for a family, close to the all the hot spots, easy access to I20 and Megan is eager to keep improving the property to meet guests needs! Check it out!
