• A handful of issues worth noting

  I wish I could give this rental 3.5 stars. No major issues, but definitely some worth noting. While the location was close to the venue we were attending over the weekend, the surrounding area of the townhome were a bit shady. It’s definitely not a place I would consider safe to walk around or be out alone. I was very grateful for the enclosed garage, however the garage is very tight (we have a minivan) and the door wouldn’t close correctly. The sensor must be off because it kept going off even though the van was no where close to activating it. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The unit definitely shows signs of wear.

  We did appreciate the proximity to downtown and the space, however I don’t think we’d stay here again mostly because of the concerns we had with the neighborhood.

While parking can be a bit tight, single garages are quite rare and considered a premium in this area. The surrounding neighborhood is generally very safe, well-lit, and active with local shops and eateries. It’s typically known for being a friendly and vibrant community, especially given its proximity to downtown. I also appreciate your notes on the home itself. We’ve recently scheduled touch-up painting throughout and are making a few minor furniture updates to enhance overall comfort and presentation. The delay in sprucing things up has largely been due to our efforts to avoid canceling guest stays and disappointing bookings, but we’re now blocking time to complete these updates properly. The space has been very popular with guests for its convenience, unique design, and rooftop views, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.

  Everything was great, however, I would recommend to add a couple more chairs in the dining area, more coffee mugs and at least one pan for the oven. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location was great, liked the garage option too! We will definitely be back when returning to Atlanta

  Perfect location. Frustrated that the coffeemaker was not working…saw in a previous review that it had been reported, and I assumed it would have been fixed, but it was not. Rooftop deck was a great spot to hang out and enjoy some down time.
