Needs work.
3/5 The host was extremely nice and eager to be helpful . It’s a new listing and still needs some fine tuning . Had to get someone to fix the freezer because it did not work . We realized the last day that the microwave doesn’t work. The washer will not spin the clothes. The house was very clean and looked nice . But the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. Assuming it was from the previous owners. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more items. No hangers or dressers in bedrooms so nowhere to put your clothes , ceiling fans were not installed correctly so they look as if they are going to fall , one didn’t work at all . Backyard needs to be cleaned up. Lots of trash in the back yard. It was very close to our job site but not the best area but we didn’t have any issues. I think it will be great rental just needs someMore work .

Hi Angela, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We discovered one fan that wasn't working and have since fixed it.
-We were glad to have a repair service promptly fix the freezer.
-The microwave is new, and after your checkout, we found a code that was preventing it from working. This has been resolved.
-Hangers are available in each closet of the home.
-We are working to address the issue of trash blowing into the backyard.
-The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have recently added a coffee station with pods, so there are now two coffee makers.
-The cigarette smell is from previous owners, and we are doing our best to eliminate it. We are diligently working to address all concerns and improve our guests' experience.
