1/5 We had such high hopes, for my birthday weekend. We have been to Winter Garden before and Loved it.
We drove 3+ hours. Arrived at about 7:50 pm. We were given the code to open the door. Code didn't work, not discouraged yet, called the number that was posted on the door. No answer and can't leave a message because mailbox is full. Oh no getting a little nervous now. Called Evolve, Jason said he would try for us and to give them an hour. So we left and found a place to go to restroom and have my birthday dinner.
Hour later - Evolve called us back, they did not get a hold of contact or the owner.
We choose to cancel and evolve refunded ALL. We had to drive another 1 + to a new place. Very
disappointing.

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner:
-Regrettably, there is no justification for the inconvenience experienced by this guest. Upon their arrival at 9:00 pm Eastern time, I was out of the country and in a different time zone, where it was approximately 3:00 am for me. Consequently, I was unavailable to address the issue promptly. I had solely relied on the keypad, which, regrettably, failed to provide access.
-To prevent such occurrences in the future, I have implemented additional measures. These include the installation of a lockbox with a spare key and detailed instructions for guests. Furthermore, I will be providing Evolve, our management company with an emergency backup contact and code to ensure guests experience a seamless stay, even in unforeseen circumstances. I am optimistic that these new procedures will effectively mitigate similar issues in the future.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
