1/5 I booked this for my adult children and granddaughter. Upon arriving, we found that the apartment had not been cleaned - hairs everywhere.A piece of toilet paper found in the main bed. Mold in the washer, and rusted shelving. There was also something (air conditioning?) in the main room that was not in any of the pictures. In fact, this unit looked nothing like the pictures. I contacted the owner, who was very apologetic, but we left after one night and went to a hotel I have contacted her to obtain a refund for the remaining days, but so far no answer to my texts. Very, very disappointing.

4/5 Location couldn't be beat. Grandkids didn't stay but visited and loved the backyard and firepit. Very clean and host was responsive. We could have used better television instructions

Great time in Winter Garden
