Vacation stay
5/5 Everything about our stay was wonderful. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. All the household items needed were stocked. The house was very clean and we had no problems.

Short vacay
5/5 The house was more than I expected. The location is perfect and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Short drive to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and close to I-95 as well. Overall, I’d book this property again without hesitation.

Looks nice for the Gram
4/5 Check in was easy, directions were good, place was mostly clean…
Overall the home looks like the photos, I was surprised though at the quality of the refinish (floor is rubber, furniture bolt together mail order quality, low quality bedding, one towel per bath, low quality kitchenware, water dispenser didn’t work, kitchen stocked with boxes of expired takeout condiments)
Pool filter was not turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it on…I skimmed the pool the first two days…but it was dirty beyond use thereafter
Neighborhood is nice, we felt really safe, neighbors don’t say hello tho…not sure how that reflects…
Location was good for out event at the Hardrock, Publix right down the street is a quality grocery, and takeout delivered no issues
Overall, it looks great and would fulfill one’s superficial needs well
