    The house was not clean upon arrival. There was human hair in the shower and a dead cock roach on the floor. The only reason I rented this place was because of the pool and it was not available for any of the days I was there. It was green upon arrival and they were not able to fix the problem before I checked out. The well pump was malfunctioning, which caused the water to only trickle out every couple of minutes during the shower. My wife was not able to wash her hair. I let the local manager know about it. He responded’ “ Ok great to know , I will check that out . Thanks for letting me know.” The problem was not fixed. I never would have rented the place if I knew the pool wasn’t available and we did not have functioning showers. Why should I have to pay for a rental that was not what was advertised?

    The home was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was great. The neighborhood was quiet so sleeping was great. The peacocks are amazing.
