We stayed here because of a concert we were attending at iThink Amphitheater. Even though our check in process had a few hiccups (the battery for the keyless entry had died) the owner was VERY responsive and the issue was fixed within a couple minutes. There is a Publix on the same block so we were able to grab snacks before the 30 or so minute drive to the venue. For the remainder of the weekend, we easily accessed the bridge to the more “beach town” vibes with plenty of restaurants, bars, public beaches, huge beach supply shops, and small boutiques. The bridge is literally on the same block, so it was super convenient to go back and forth multiple times a day (especially when my partner left his wallet at one of the restaurants..) The actual street you stay on isn’t spectacular, so don’t expect amazing views. It was exactly what we needed- a place not too far from the venue (but far enough away from airport traffic) and a place with easy access to the beach, good AC, hot water, smart TVs, and good amenities. We are planning to stay again next year.

The apartment is clean and nicely updated. Location was okay—not ideal. We needed more linens, and they were provided at our request. We would stay here again if back in the area. Better than a hotel for sure!
Nice quiet neighborhood, ideally located for me. Enjoyed my stay, though I wish I was better at figuring out how the air conditioning units worked.
