3/5 This place had a 9.2 rating from 13 reviews and nobody mentioned the shower? This unit has an on-demand water heater and the shower didn’t stay warm. It went from hot to cold constantly, one time it took almost 10 minutes for it to warm up before getting back under the water stream. Also water pressure was not good and it did not have a handheld shower head so you couldn’t control having the water stream off you. I had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink, the water stayed warm there.The area rug in front of the futon needed to be thrown out, looked dirty and worn, would have rather walked on a clean floor than that rug.Rug in front of shower also needed to be thrown out, old and matted. We put a towel over it to step on.Futon had zero cushion, very hard and the throw pillow on it seemed dirty so we covered with pillow cases we found in closet, also used a spare fitted sheet to cover futon because the cover didn’t look clean.The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, we both slept great on the bed.We asked for extra washcloths and sheets prior to arrival and they were there when we arrived, which was very nice.Nice refrigerator, kitchen area seemed clean so did bathroom, besides the two rugs, the unit seemed clean.Communication was responsive.
