A Great long weekend of Kayaking
5/5 Weeki Wachee river has always been one of our favorite places to kayak so we decided to rent this beautiful place on a canal with access to the river and it was a great experience! The owners have thought of everything. This house is extremely well stocked with us only having to buy food and drink for our stay. Each morning, it was a short paddle to the main river and we often saw manatees in the canals. One even visited us right off the back deck one evening! After paddling all day, this place was great for unwinding. They have a swing right on the river with a fish feeder and fish light underwater in the canal. This was great for watching in the evening over a few drinks. They have a kayak launch with lots of kayaks and a canoe if you don't have your own. The launch was really convenient. The house itself is really nice with a full kitchen with new appliances, a newly remodeled shower/bathroom and ice cold a/c and ceiling fans. We had to work from there one day and the wifi worked great. It was also nice to be able to access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime... on the tv in the evening. All in all, a great experience.

Great stay
5/5 The property was VERY clean. Owners really thought of everything. We were not sure if it was safe to play in the water in the canal but after watching others float and play we were comfortable going in the water. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the location. We saw mama and baby manatee every morning. It was so peaceful.

Very clean house
5/5 This house was perfect for my family. Plenty of beds, linens, kitchen supplies. Very clean. Great kayaks. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great place to spend a few days at Weeki Wachee.

Very nice! Water in shower wasn’t hot enough though
