  • Yellow house near Santa Fe Lake

    5/5

Property manager was attentive and accommodating, much appreciated. Overall, the home needs a few more amenities and a bit more owner love to be a SUPER vacation stay. Be sure to use Google Maps to navigate to the house, not Waze!

  • Relaxing

    5/5

We spent a wonderful peaceful week at the "Yellow" house. All the amenities were there for us. It was comfortable for us to meet in the middle to talk and visit and still be able to separate to our rooms for alone time. The pictures do it justice but it is still so much more.Terri was amazing and kept in touch with us. We would recommend this home to everyone.

  • Mom’s BDay surprise

    4/5

Rented this property for a trip planned to surprise my Mom for her birthday. Location was close to my Mom’s house so it was ideal. Was a little disappointed since the pictures on the listing lead you to believe the property is on the lake, but it is not. The house was well furnished and the beds were comfortable, but the cleaning crew could definitely give this house more attention. No real issues and we really did have a lot of fun just hanging out. Plenary of room for us to sit and play cards and/or watch TV on the provided Roku. Would recommend to friends and family. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well.

  • Wonderful Home ~ Plan to Return

    5/5

We departed the subzero Midwest to visit family in Gainesville for the holidays. After locating this home, the reservation process was easy. The communication prior to and during the stay was wonderful. Upon arrival we immediately felt as if we were still in our current rural environment, without the cold! This home IS an AWESOME experience for our two young children and wife and I. We have zero complaints and do plan to return when in the area. Thank you for sharing! I wish we could have stayed longer!
