CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 5:00 PM
- Prior to your arrival, please read over the Welcome Letter (posted below under Additional Documents) provided by the homeowners
- There is an electronic keypad lock on the door. Enter the code 9750 and push the lock symbol to unlock
- When leaving the property, enter the code and push the lock symbol. When the buttons turn red, push the lock symbol again to lock the door
- Please inform Melissa or Anthony of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please lock the door using the above instructions for the electronic keypad
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the laundry room in the laundry basket
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to either Melissa or Anthony and Evolve

- Mid-stay cleanings will be required for stays longer than 3 weeks at no additional charge
- Please note that swimming in the lake is at guests' own risk
- Please note that although a new water filtration has been added, the water may have a slight sulfur smell, and is not harmful or toxic
- No loud noises after 7:00 PM
- Please note the property is in a peaceful family neighborhood and guests must be respectful of the neighbors or they will make a formal complaint to the local law enforcement
- Please respect the property boundaries and only use the property's dock
- Guests are encouraged to swim in the lake but please not in the area to the left of the dock, as its the neighbor's boat launch area
- 'No Wake' for motorboats close to the dock
- While the property requires only 2 steps to enter, stairs are required for full access
