4/5 Very good communication with the host rep, very nice neighborhood and house. House could use a little TLC to address items that are loose, broken or dirty (kitchen had some bugs and sleeper sofa had some trash wrappers). Easily accommodated our family of 5. Guest rooms would benefit from ceiling fans to help with air flow. Would stay here again.

Worst experience
1/5 For such a nice place, we had to deal with cockroaches, the “spa” shocking people. Lorie the woman that manages the place is very nice and respectful that was the only best experience of the place. Lorie did try and help our needs. But the other worst part is when I was waiting to hear from booking.com to relocate us they never called and there was a email saying that we needed to leave the premise ASAP. So we had to hurry and pack and find another air BNB ourselves. The place is not worth it.
