4/5 Place was beautiful and very clean! Kitchen was lacking serving bowls, no wooden spoon or plastic spatula. Living area could use 1 more comfortable chair for 4th person. 1 major disappointment was owners refusal to relinquish Resident ID. We were told most owners do relinquish Resident ID. We golf a lot, and it made making reservations very challenging. Also, we spent a lot more money to golf because of this issue. A furnished grill would be nice, as we had to bring our own. Overall-a very nice villa.

Regarding the Resident ID, we provide temporary passes for all short-term stays, while the full Lifestyle ID transfer is a standard option we offer specifically for our long-term guests staying 30 days or more.
