  My host "boots on ground "- Brittany was very helpful, professional and made mine and my families trip so easy/enjoyable. I will be back and will be hopefully lucky enough to once again find the beautiful property we stayed at.

  Master bath - child size sink and toilet. Kitchen Dining Area- spilled water in the floor wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black. 2 pots in the cabinet had food in them. Stove was filthy we did a 3 hour self clean. Dishwasher is the loudest appliance ever. Master Bedroom- It is not a king bed it's 2 twins next to each other and you can get lost in the bed crack. Outside - only 1/2 of the sting of lights work by the Tiki bar. No outdoor lights for the pool area. All solar lights are broken. No side tables to set a drink in the main living room. No guest book with information. Wifi login, area attractions, check out instructions etc... this was after we checked in late @ 4:30 because cleaning person was still there.

  -Since your visit, the outdoor lighting and bathroom fixtures have been upgraded, and the dishwasher has also been upgraded to further enhance convenience and functionality.
  -We understand how important cleanliness and well-lit spaces are for a comfortable stay, and the concerns you raised have been reviewed with our cleaning team to ensure consistently high standards going forward.
  -The guest information book was temporarily unavailable during your stay but is now available, containing Wifi details, local recommendations, and checkout instructions to make the stay more convenient and enjoyable.
  -The primary bedroom features a split adjustable king bed designed to allow independent comfort settings on each side. We understand this configuration may not suit everyone and appreciate the feedback.
  -We also regret the delayed check-in. The host greeted you upon arrival, provided a gift card for the inconvenience, and accommodated your request by purchasing a coffee maker to your preference.
  We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and for providing feedback that helps us continue to improve the guest experience.
