1/5 Evidently, from what we were told, VRBO ALLEGEDLY did not tell the host that we booked a stay. Therefore, the home had not been cleaned after the last vacationer. The host had someone come in and "tidy" the property after "learning" of our booking. The management company admitted they were at the home the day of our stay, enjoying friends and cocktails ?! Unfortunately, VRBO had provided the emails of the management company prior to our stay… Of which I emailed several times prior with our confirmation number.. The management company or host was well aware of our booking and did not answer/reply/look into our booking. Attached are photos after someone came to "tidy" the house after our arrival. We were beyond disgusted and spent the next two days trying to find alternative accommodations where we were unsuccessful. We were utterly distraught and will never consider this booking again.Our main concerns included:When we were arrived, there was marijuana and cigarettes in the ashtray.Laundry piled up from the last tenants and within the washer-disgusting.Stains in the freezer/refrigerator/carpets and crumbs left on tablesNo/expired water filter in their refrigerator and no iceThe garbage disposal was not hooked up and was a slow draining sinkDirty bathroom rugsStained bathroom towel towelsAbsolutely disgusting floors in the bathroomI am happy to provide additional photos.We were baffled to read the guest check-in book addressed some of the same concerns prior!?!?

4/5 Great view from the screened in porch and comfortable overall property. Bathroom needs an outlet and better step in and out from each of the bedrooms.
