4/5 House was clean, check in was easy and because no one was there in the days prior to our arrival we checked in early with no issues. That was awesome after a long flight. We had plenty of room, table fit everyone, front screened in porch was really nice on the morning it was raining. Kitchen didn’t have a lot of equipment, cutting boards, baking trays, but the basics were there. Pictures are definitely older, some furniture was no longer there, but still very clean and comfortable on the inside. The outside was not in the best shape, the furniture was weathered and warm. Dock had some rotted boards, table by the dock was rotted with only 1 rickety bench. Pool deck was not swept/leaf blown, I swept it off. Pool was full of leaves, found the skimmer and cleaned it out. By the end of our 4th day, pool was green, both propane tanks were empty, advised the owner and never heard back, we just got a replacement. Just a little TLC in the back yard would go a long way. Fishing off the dock and watching the gators and turtles was awesome! Caught a couple of nice large mouth bass right off the dock!Neighborhood was quiet as well, no stray cats as mentioned in another review. Neighbor’s dog came over for a bit, unleashed but was a very friendly dog. Overall a great stay and a great trip!

Family Spring Break
5/5 House was in great shape, lots of room for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen living room and dining room are big enough to accommodate a family of seven easily. We really enjoyed our stay!
