  What comes to mind is incredibly uncomfortable and deceitful. We needed to make a quick booking and found this property which seemingly met our needs. The host immediately accepted the reservation and booked. What we thought would be a hassle-free experience was quickly found to be wrong. The host contacted me right away with the message that she was going to cancel as it was a listing mistake but would only reconsider if we paid more. Having a quick need and not many options, we agreed to an additional 200 - she demanded that she be paid outside of VRBO. The listing should clearly state that this property is in an Indian-focused RETIREMENT COMMUNITY and that you must not park in front of the condo, you need to park about a block away. If you don’t know that, someone will knock on your door at 9 p.m. and tell you the rules and that you must move or be towed. Also, be prepared to be stopped by residents of the community interrogating you about what you’re doing there. Then the condo. The only reason this stay doesn’t get 1 star is that it was clean. The “beds” were, without question, the most uncomfortable ever. It was so bad in the master bedroom that I investigated and verified my assumption that it is not a bed, it is a box spring. No mattress. I literally went to Walmart and bought two foam pads and a real pillow. The closet in the listing isn’t open to you, they put some cheap thing together for you. One trash bag, folding chairs…just cheap all over. Horrible place

  - The primary bedroom is furnished with a standard mattress purchased from a mattress retailer, and both bedrooms include dedicated closet space for guest use.

  I had a wonderful stay at this place in Tavares. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the location made it simple to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I’d be happy to return on my next trip.

  Very quiet community, clean apartment, location is close to lots of shopping and attractions. I never had to contact the host for anything. However I would have liked more pots to cook with and available space on the TV to log into my own apps.Other than that, we had a great time!

  Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable and just as described. Great location - close to everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive.
