• Wonderful winter getaway!

  My wife and I stayed here for a month, along with her brother and his wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area: firepit table, lounge chairs, grill, heated pool, and the sunsets were spectacular. It was a short drive to Tampa, and Clearwater Beach was only about 45 minutes away. We also enjoyed side trips to Duneden -- lots of restaurants, shopping, and festival events, plus the ocean views. We even took a bucket-list trip to Key West. It's a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, well appointed, with convenient shopping nearby (groceries, drug stores, etc.) We'll be back!

• Perfection for family getaway

  We stayed at this waterfront oasis for summer vacation and it was truly perfection! The house/property was in the perfect location - so close to anything and everything you could need and in a quiet neighborhood - and had everything we could possibly need to feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves.

  Kids loved swimming in the pool and playing games. Morning coffee and evening wine was had enjoying the doc, watching for sea life in the water and enjoying sunsets.

  We were minutes from downtown so could easily go to some great restaurants, the children’s museum, riverfront park, etc. and enjoyed a couple day trips to Clearwater for beach days plus a surprise day at six flags!

  We certainly recommend the stay here! The hosts are very accommodating and responsive if/when you need them for any reason.

  Looking forward to staying again should we choose to vacation in Tampa again!

• Beautiful Home

  My husband and I loved our time at this beautiful home on the canal. Being there for two weeks, we were worried we'd run out of things to do. We were wrong!! It was great being close to the shops, restaurants, and best of all, the ocean. Rochelle was as an excellent hostess and was quick to respond to all of our questions. I've recommended this house to all of my friends traveling to that area. We can't wait to go back!

• A Slice of Heaven

  What a gem! Our stay here was phenomenal. Close to everything, beautiful sunrise and sunset views on the water, floating in the heated pool, and the luxurious nests to curl up and read a book or have meaningful conversations. The accommodations included saved me from having to pack or buy everything. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

• Amazing house and location!

  We loved everything about our stay. The house had all we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting by the canal looking for sea animals or relaxing by the pool.

  The location of the house is the best - it’s close to everything! We easily got to the bay, ocean, downtown, Busch Gardens and more so quickly.

  The host was responsive and thought of small details, making our stay even more enjoyable.
