4/5 The view was limited

5/5 Nice home, easy to access, plenty of room for my family.

4/5 The house was nice and big. The pool looked dirty upon arrival but assumed it was the pool liner/concrete that was discolored. Our first morning there, a pool guy shows up to clean the pool. He then puts a chemical in the pool and let us know we cannot go in the pool for 12 hours. That was very unfortunate. The neighbors had a van park in the driveway of the house we rented. All in all - the pool guy could have been scheduled to come prior to us arriving to avoid us being restricted on a Friday to swim in the pool provided!!

Manager's Response:
From the owner: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the size of the home, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the pool. You’re right, the timing of the pool service should have been coordinated before your arrival to ensure you could enjoy it right away. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to have the neighbor’s van in the driveway. We’ll take your comments into account and work to improve communication and scheduling so future guests don’t face these issues. We truly appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience.
5/5 Everything was great. Very clean. Bigger than what I expected.

Manager's Response:
Thanks so much for your kind words! We're glad to hear the home exceeded your expectations and that the space and cleanliness stood out during your stay. We love offering a comfortable and spacious place for guests to relax, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Amazing
5/5 This is an incredible weekly rental. Very spacious with many square feet so we do not run into each other. They keep it very clean. Very impressive rental. Nicely updated, very large living room and large smart TV. Pool is great and they have a large 800 sq ft dock (according to their sign). Owner is very responsive. I would say it is probably the best weekly rental I have ever stayed at.
